I began my career in photography searching for a way to make a difference in women's lives. I quickly became disillusioned when the narrow, often unrealistic portrayals of women in mainstream media. I knew there was a need for authentic representation, for images that celebrated diversity and strength of womanhood. My work is a rebellion against those limiting standards. A celebration of the real, raw and radiant women who inspire me everyday.
